User Data Deletion Instructions

At Tika3D, we respect user privacy and are committed to transparency and user control over personal data. If you would like to request deletion of data associated with your Tika3D account, you may do so at any time using one of the methods outlined below.

How to Request Data Deletion

Option 1: Through Your Tika3D Account

Log in to your account, go to Account Settings, select Request Data Deletion, and confirm your request. This will initiate the deletion process for your account data.

Option 2: By Email

If you are unable to access your account, submit a request by email to the support address provided on the Tika3D website with Subject: Data Deletion Request. Please include: the email address associated with your Tika3D account and a brief description of your deletion request.

Scope of Data Deletion

Upon verification of your request, Tika3D will delete personal data associated with your account from our systems, except where data retention is required by applicable law. Generated 3D models and project data may be permanently removed.

Processing Time

Data deletion requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Once processing is completed, access to the related services will be discontinued.
